We are a not-for-profit organisation based in Ireland, dedicated to empowering refugees and international communities through advocacy, culture, music, and education.

Our Story

Founded by People Who Care Deeply

International Community Dynamics was built from lived experience. Our founders created ICD to be the organisation they wished existed when they arrived in Ireland.

We believe change happens when communities are empowered, heard, and given the tools to thrive. Over the last decade, we have supported over 500 individuals and partnered with 50+ organisations across Ireland.

From advocacy workshops and speaker events to world music performances with Citadel, ICD works at the intersection of culture, community, and social justice.

Chief Executive Officer & Founder

Roos co-founded ICD with a vision of creating a truly inclusive Ireland. She leads strategy, advocacy, and partnerships across the organisation.

Pierrot Ngadi

Director

Pierrot directs community programs and outreach, bringing his personal experience and leadership to create lasting change in communities across Ireland.

Dr. Amin Sharifi Isaloo

Academic Advisor

Dr. Sharifi Isaloo provides academic expertise on migration, European citizenship, and the rise of the far right, informing ICD's advocacy work.
